Absolutely don't mean any disrespect as I know it must be brutal work, especially with such a small team, but... from my experience, why are some petsite staff teams so allergic to quality over quantity? I see entire communities begging the staff to slow down if they're having trouble keeping up, insisting they can wait and won't be upset if staff takes their time on things rather than rushing through them -- and staff just keeps doing it the same way, even when they're obviously stressed about it themselves and neither party is happy about it in the end. I just don't understand why they'd do that to themselves

#Maybe there's some kind of ''update/content quota'' that needs to be met every year or something so they have no choice. I don't know #It's all I can think of. I just can't imagine doing things this way on purpose?#Staff is suffering because they're stretched so thin #The community is suffering because everything they get is half-baked #The project ITSELF is suffering because it's not getting the proper time and thought it needs #Maybe I'm missing something but I genuinely just don't get it?
